摘要
平板硫化機(jī)常用于加工橡膠模型制品、膠帶、膠板等制品，是橡膠工業(yè)中的基本加工設(shè)備，廣泛應(yīng)用于橡膠工業(yè)中。框式平板硫化機(jī)全稱框式液壓傳動平板硫化機(jī)。
框式平板硫化機(jī)的主要零部件：柱塞、工作缸、密封圈、墊臺、活動平臺、加熱板、隔熱板、上橫梁和框板等。橡膠平板硫化機(jī)主要用于硫化平型膠帶,它具有熱板單位面積壓力大,設(shè)備操作可靠和維修量少等優(yōu)點。平板硫化機(jī)的主要功能是提供硫化所需的壓力和溫度.壓力由液壓系統(tǒng)通過液壓缸產(chǎn)生,溫度由加熱介質(zhì)所提供。 在平板硫化機(jī)橡膠工業(yè)中,柱式平帶平板硫化機(jī)是使用較早的一種機(jī)型,我國過去使用的平帶平板硫化機(jī)也多為柱式結(jié)構(gòu),但目前則多采用框式結(jié)構(gòu)。
其發(fā)展的動向是提高機(jī)械化自動水平，改善勞動條件，提高生產(chǎn)效率，減小機(jī)臺占地面積，完善附屬裝置和延長使用壽命等方面。
我主要設(shè)計的是框式平板硫化機(jī)的主要性能參數(shù)、主要零部件、傳動系統(tǒng)和附屬裝置。使它們有機(jī)的結(jié)合在一起，構(gòu)成完整的框式平板硫化機(jī)。

Summary

The trend of the development is to improve the automatic level of mechanization, improved working conditions, increase productivity, reduce machine footprint, improve the attachment and extend the service life and so on.
My main box-type design is the main flat vulcanizing machine performance parameters, the main components, transmission and ancillary equipment. Make them organic combine to form a complete frame-type vulcanizing machine.
