摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)為電池殼的沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)零件的尺寸、材料、批量生產(chǎn)等要求,首先分析零件的工藝性,確定沖裁工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu)方案,然后通過(guò)工藝設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,確定排樣和搭邊,計(jì)算沖壓力和壓力中心,初選壓力機(jī),計(jì)算凸、凹模刃口尺寸和公差,最后設(shè)計(jì)選用零、部件,對(duì)壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行校核,繪制模具總裝草圖,以及對(duì)模具主要零件的加工工藝規(guī)程進(jìn)行編制。其中在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,主要對(duì)凸模、凹模、凸凹模、定位零件、卸料與出件裝置、模架、沖壓設(shè)備、緊固件等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)于部分零部件選用的是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,就沒(méi)深入設(shè)計(jì),并且在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),對(duì)部分零部件進(jìn)行了加工工藝分析,最終才完成這篇畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
The design for a plate of cold stamping die design, according to the size of the design components, materials, mass production, etc., the first part of the process of analysis to determine the blanking process planning and die structure of the program, and then through the process design calculations, determine the nesting and cutting board, calculate the pressure and pressure washed centers, primary presses, computing convex and concave Die Cutting Edge dimensions and tolerances, the final design selection of parts and components, to press for checking, drawing die assembly drawings, as well as Mold processing technology of the main parts to the preparation procedures. In which the structural design, primarily to the punch and die, punch and die, positioning parts, unloading and out of pieces of equipment, mold, pressing equipment, fasteners, etc. has been designed, for the selection of some components are standard parts , there is no in-depth design, and structural design, while some parts for the processing process analysis and ultimately to complete this graduation project.

第1章 緒論
1.1沖壓模具簡(jiǎn)介
在現(xiàn)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,模具是重要的工藝裝備之一,它在鑄造,鍛造,沖壓,塑料,粉末冶金,陶瓷制品等生活生產(chǎn)行業(yè)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。由于采用模具能提高生產(chǎn)效率、節(jié)約材料、降低成本,并且可以保證一定的加工質(zhì)量要求,所以,汽車(chē),飛機(jī)、拖拉機(jī)電器、儀表、玩具和日常用品等產(chǎn)品的零部件很多都采用模具加工。隨著工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)的 ,工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的品種和數(shù)量不斷增加,產(chǎn)品的改性換代加快,對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、外觀(guān)不斷提出新的要求,對(duì)模具質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高。,如果模具設(shè)計(jì)及制造水平落后,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量低劣,制造周期長(zhǎng),必將影響產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代,使產(chǎn)品失去競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,阻礙生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,模具設(shè)計(jì)及制造技術(shù)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位是顯而易見(jiàn)的。
沖壓是在室溫下,利用安裝在壓力機(jī)上的模具對(duì)材料施加壓力使其產(chǎn)生分離或塑性變形,從而獲得所需的零件的一種壓力加工方法。冷沖壓在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用十分廣泛,其加工效率高,且操作方便,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化;沖壓時(shí)模具保證了沖壓件的尺寸與形狀精度,一般不破壞沖壓件的表面質(zhì)量,而且壽命比較長(zhǎng),所以沖壓件質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,互換性好具有“一模一樣”的特征;可以加工出尺寸范圍比較大、形狀復(fù)雜的零件,如小到鐘表的秒針,大到汽車(chē)縱梁、覆蓋件等,加上沖壓時(shí)材料冷變形硬化效應(yīng),沖壓件強(qiáng)度和剛度均較高;沖壓沒(méi)有切屑廢料的生成,材料的消耗小,且不需要其他的熱設(shè)備,也是一種省料的加工方法;沖壓件陳本較低;但是沖壓一般使用的模具具有專(zhuān)用型,有時(shí)一個(gè)復(fù)雜的零件需要數(shù)套模具才能加工成型,且模具精度較高,技術(shù)要求高,是技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),所以只有在沖壓件生產(chǎn)批量較大杜鋒情況下才能充分的體現(xiàn)從而獲得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
